Qualifications

• MS/BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Bsc or Msc studies in progress for at least one more year (full time student status is required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good MS Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Business oriented, high level performer, excellent problem-solver
• Persuasive, self-supporter, self-initiative, capable to work under stress
• Team player
• Precise, accurate, detail-oriented

Job Description

• Follow-up of minutes drawn up by service engineers
• Clarifications with the service engineers for the equipment to be ordered
• Spare parts orders from both internal and external suppliers (Germany)
• Track orders for spare parts and create reports on them
• Maintains relationships with service engineers and customers
• Keeps internal reporting systems, such as SAP, up to date
