Offer Manager for High Voltage Electrical Substations

As a GIS Offer Manager, you are in charge of preparation of complex offers of international electrical High Voltage substation projects.

• Evaluation of switchgear specification (system) and comparison with standards
• Independent processing of special module requests in the substations
• Independent monitoring and tracking of outputs
• Preparation of technical parameters for engineering to create drawings
• Cost calculation
• Compilation and creation of technical documentation
• Collaboration with regional companies and support of the world-wide sales organization
• Identify and evaluate risks in GIS systems, develop proposals for minimizing risks, and identify and exploit opportunities
• Support in the preparation and participation in customer meetings worldwide
• Support and perform projects within the organization

• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Technical knowledge for GIS products and systems
• Knowledge of risk and opportunity management in international systems business
• Proficient in English, strong communication skills
• Initiative and a proactive approach to self-directed learning
• Customer orientation
