Job Description

In the role of Invoice Control Supervisor, you will use your skills and learn with us to:

• You record in the accounts the goods invoices according to the provisions in force;
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Invoice Control data;
• Carry out reconciliations for internal and external partners and make entries in the general ledger;
• Perform analyses related to fixed assets, according to requests;
• Verify monthly the accounting accounts used and reconcile them.

Qualifications

You can be our Invoice Control Supervisor if you have:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar roles related to various Accounting roles;
• Strong interest in working with different finance related projects;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint);
• Good SAP knowledge;
• Your bachelor's degree finished;
• Proactive attitude and you are a great team player with an open and positive spirit.
