    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate who is eager to learn and develop skills across a diverse range of subjects, including business, legal, administrative, and real estate. This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Key Responsibilities:

    1. Executive Support:
      • Assist in managing the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
      • Help prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
      • Support the coordination and facilitation of meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
    2. Learning & Development:
      • Engage in hands-on learning opportunities to understand business, legal, and real estate operations.
      • Conduct research and provide basic insights to support decision-making processes.
      • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
    3. Administrative Assistance:
      • Support office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency.
      • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
      • Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical.
    4. Communication & Coordination:
      • Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners on behalf of the CEO under supervision.
      • Help facilitate effective communication within the executive team and across the organization.
      • Draft and proofread communications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
    5. Legal Support:
      • Assist with basic legal documentation, contracts, and compliance matters.
      • Support real estate transactions, including property management and lease agreements.
      • Collaborate with legal counsel and real estate agents under guidance.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
    • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
    • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with guidance.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Internship or part-time experience in an office environment is a plus.
    • Basic understanding of business operations, legal processes, or real estate management is an advantage but not required.
