Requirements:
Previous experience with calendar management - in Outlook or Google Calendar;
Professional English level - written and spoken;
Previous experience with travel management is nice to have;
Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
An accurate and reliable way of working;
Very good communication and organizational skills;
Pro-active and solution-oriented behaviour;
Proactivity, attention to detail, adaptability.
Responsibilities
For our client, a global IT service provider for financial services, we are recruiting an Assistant to Executive Manager
As part of the Personal Assistance Department, the Personal Assistant will provide remote support for an Executive Manager.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the calendars of the management team and scheduling and organizing meetings;
Tracking of deadlines and mailed items (Managing the mailbox);
Sending reminders and standard communications
Follow-up on to-dos & action items;
Preparing presentation documents;
Coordinating international workshops, including agenda setting, participants, and logistics. Support and track the status of preparations;
Organization of travel arrangements and the processing of travel documents;
General administrative tasks.
