Business Intelligence Developer

You will have a crucial role in developing and maintaining BI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in creating interactive and user-friendly visualizations, dashboards, and reports will help partners understand and act on data insights. You will ensure data accuracy and consistency within BI tools, and perform data analysis to support strategic business decisions. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration of BI solutions with other systems and data sources. Your proactive and curious mindset will drive continuous improvement in BI processes and tools, enhancing the overall data visualization and reporting capabilities. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx will be essential in delivering high-quality BI solutions and fostering a culture of data excellence.

• Create Visualizations, Dashboards, and Reports: Develop interactive and user-friendly visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present data insights effectively.
• Develop and Maintain BI Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure Data Accuracy and Consistency in BI Tools: Implement processes and checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within BI tools.
• Analyze Data to Support Business Decisions: Perform data analysis to deliver actionable insights and support strategic business decisions.
• Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions with other systems and data sources.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document BI processes, workflows, and standard methodologies, ensuring knowledge is effectively managed and accessible to all team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for improving BI processes and tools, and implement innovative solutions to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.

• Demonstrated Experience in Dashboards Development: Proven track record in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI: Solid skills in using Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Experience with Alteryx is also highly valued.
• Proactive and Curious Learner: A proactive, curious, and creative attitude, always eager to learn and explore new processes and tools to enhance BI capabilities.
• Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and consistency in all BI tools and reports.
