• Experience in administrative support or reception - an advantage

Scope of the role
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of support tasks, including (but not limited to) event planning and organizing, travel, expenses management, and office management.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the efficient running of the office and act as the point of contact for the visitors;
• Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel;
• Supports managers and employees with the administrative tasks and with the internal/external communication;
• Is part of the organizing committee for Company events;
• Support the sales teams for running customer meetings, tradeshows, and events;
