End-to-end Data Specialist

Play a crucial role in managing the entire data lifecycle, from data acquisition and infrastructure support to analysis and visualization. You'll tap into your expertise in data engineering, analysis, and business intelligence to ensure data quality and deliver actionable insights. By collaborating with stakeholders, you'll help drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Your proficiency with tools like SQL, Alteryx, and BI platforms (Tableau and Power BI) will be essential in creating a seamless data experience and fostering a culture of data excellence.

• Data Acquisition and Infrastructure Support: Assist in building and maintaining data infrastructure, ensuring efficient data pipelines and workflows.
• Data Quality and Improvement: Focus on data quality, implementing initiatives to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Interpret data, analyze results, and offer actionable insights to support decision-making.
• BI Tools and Dashboards: Create and manage BI tools and dashboards to help partners visualize and understand data.
• Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across the organization.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document processes and workflows, ensuring knowledge is effectively managed and accessible to all team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance data management practices.

• Demonstrated experience in data engineering, analysis, and business intelligence, with proficiency in SQL. Python, Snowflake and Alteryx are an advantage.
• BI Tools Proficiency: Strong skills in using data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
• A proactive, curious, and creative mindset to develop innovative solutions and identify new ways to leverage data for business growth.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business-Fluent in English.
