    ROLE PROFILE

    JOB TITLE: Commercial Finance Junior Manager

    FUNCTION: Digital Business Solution (DBS)

    CITY & COUNTRY: Bucharest, Romania

    TYPE OF CONTRACT: Fixed Term

    ROLE SUMMARY

    PURPOSE STATEMENT:

    The role has 2 major responsibilities:

    Manage BPC budget planning and reporting activities for on a monthly basis.

    Manage the Group Print Recharge Process which is coordinated centrally and support the Packaging team with all queries in relation to the same with the support of a junior resource, also support any process transormation when required.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Support the monthly SOP Reporting cycles in BPC for Opex and Capex: OVH's report, P&L, BS.
    • Analysis of Product overheads for actuals and planning cycles including detailed commentaries for material movements.
    • Various Reporting analysis: Cash flow forecast, Cost driver reports, Open PO reports.
    • Manage Product recharge activities.
    • Prepare and upload in SAP periodic accruals and provisions backed by proper documentation.
    • Prepare and upload SAP journals with detailed documentation and in accordance with SoX controls.
    • Raise masterdata change requests (for assets, vendors, customers, costs centres, WBS, etc.), in accordance with BAT standard processes and controls.
    • Act as the key go-to person in relation to group print cost recharges and liaise with EM's for any intercompany recharges related to this.
    • Manage the BAU process with the support of a junior resource.
    • Frequent review on managing all group recharges in relation to product / Print costs on time and in full.

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent professional finance qualification ( ACCA/CIMA)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
    • Excel skills should be of a high standard.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Self-motivating, takes ownership and committed to delivering results; ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of SAP and BPC is a great advantage.
    • A keen eye to challenge and recommend process improvement.
