Cerinte

- University degree, preferably in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian legislation related to health & safety.
- Knowledge of Power BI and other reporting tools is recommended.
- Strong computer and database (Excel) skills.
- Result oriented individual with great attention to details.
- Self-organizing and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent English.
- Clean drivers’ licence.

Responsabilitati

- Organize and manage the Health & Safety activities.
- Monitor and coordinate the Risk Evaluation of all the jobs, work groups and processes of assembly and maintenance.
- Plan and implement the Prevention of Labor Risks defining structures, functions, procedures, and documentation and ensure the necessary resources are in place.
- Define the Annual Risk Prevention Plan, conduct a cost - benefit analysis of potential improvement actions.
- Advise the country management regarding the actions necessary and integrate and implement the Prevention Plan throughout the organization, in line with the appropriate legislation on Safety and Health matters.
- Establish procedures to create plans and/or studies (of Safety and Health) of the Installations and Service processes.
- Analyse the accident statistics and propose improvement actions to country management.
- Coordinate Medical Services related to employees.
- Organize and manage Safety training.
- Compliance with Romanian SSM law.
