Minimum of 4 years of experience in influencer marketing and public relations.
Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and PR campaigns.

Influencer Marketing: Proficiency in identifying and collaborating with influencers across various platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Content Creation: Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, and industry leaders.
Analytics: Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Responsabilitati

Influencer Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with influencers and content creators relevant to our brand.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals and target audience.

Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, content creators, and industry thought leaders.
Manage influencer relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and campaign execution.
Collaborate with influencers to co-create content that resonates with their audience and ours.

Analytics and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve future campaigns.
Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI for influencer partnerships.

Public Relations Integration:
Integrate influencer marketing efforts with overall PR strategies to maximize brand exposure.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts and journalists.

Crisis Management:
Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect and manage the brand's reputation.
Respond promptly to any negative publicity or issues, mitigating potential damage.
