Requirements

Spoken languages: French and English (B2/C1).
Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
Excellent customer service abilities: user orientation, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask.
Availability to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate and optimal IT solutions via telephone, e-mails, or chat.
Troubleshoot various issues related to MS Office, Windows, Outlook, specific applications, or hardware equipment.
Maintain a client-oriented mindset to ensure a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
Follow-up on the existing backlog of issues.
Communicate with other designated teams to escalate complex issues.
Collaborate in the development and enrichment of the knowledge database.
