Senior Project Quality Support Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Project Quality and Warranty Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing comprehensive support to project managers in ensuring quality standards and processes are met throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Provide project management quality imput for warranty cases and claims for German customers to German and non-German factories.
• Manage, track and expedite resolution of warranty cases and claims.
• Translation of German customers' demands into English for the factories as well as the translation of the factory reports into German.
• Key function between Sales Germany and the factories
• Collaborate with project managers to establish and maintain quality standards for projects.
• Provide support in creating and implementing quality management plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Check of contractual requirements regarding quality topics during the proposal stage and identification of quality related risk and opportunities
• Ensuring and reporting of appropriate activities regarding the Quality management of the Project
• Assisting the Project Management in failure prevention and NCR closure and other quality issues as they arise
• Main point of contact between important clients and our factories.

• Strong understanding of warranty and claim processes.
• Identify and address any quality-related issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Technical background and Project Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in German is essential for effective communication the customers
• Willingness to travel
