We are looking for Service Engineers in Bucharest.


  Who You Need to Be:

• A person dedicated to our customers!
• A person who resolves all issues that arise in the field and are assigned to you for resolution.

• High school/college diploma, 2 years of technical school, or equivalent work experience. Technical studies in fields such as automation, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics.
• 2 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical hardware/software systems or networks/wireless networks.
• English language knowledge.
• Effective customer service skills that include a positive attitude, positive customer interaction and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.

• Travel and demonstrate your expertise as a technical specialist in repairing and/or installing products and provide valuable services to our customers, clinical laboratories within an assigned territory.
• Provide routine technical support to customers regarding the maintenance of equipment installed in clinical laboratories.
• Perform services, repairs, and/or installations of equipment marketed by the company. This may include any aspect of field support, including but not limited to mechanical hardware/software, equipment, and wireless networks.
• Maintain contact with customers regarding technical and routine issues.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance according to departmental policy.
• Monitor customer equipment performance and resolve most routine issues.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures.
• Cost-effectively repair/resolve any issue to minimize customer downtime.
• Provide analysis, feedback, and recommendations regarding product failure trends and equipment capacity issues.
• Be responsible for ensuring and maximizing customer satisfaction with Diamedix solutions and related products.
