Ideal Candidate

Job Description
- Register service requests in the internal software system.
- Archive and keep track of service contracts (upon request, standard) and maintain constant communication with service representatives, sales representatives and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage the direction of all intervention requests/service events, ensuring the necessary documentation for an intervention is available.
- Provide support and necessary information to the Sales Department for creating price offers for new contracts, extending existing contracts, and various incidental interventions, in accordance with the service policy and pricing.
- Communicate with the Service Engineer to confirm the details of the customer's order and the delivery of goods to the customer.
- Process specific service department orders received via phone, fax, email or directly from Service Engineers according to the established internal procedure, and check for the availability of spare parts in the management software when necessary.
- Ensure the preparation of consumption vouchers and invoice requests, reconciling the script stock with the physical stock, in accordance with the service policy and relevant activity reports.
- Handle and timely allocate customer service complaints, under the careful guidance of the Service Director.
- Perform daily planning and field presence alongside Service Engineers to carry out various activities at the client's site.
- Plan monthly technical events (revisions, testing) for clients with warranty devices, in accordance with the elements of the service contracts.
