Qualifications
-University Degree
-1-2 years experience in similar position or a connected role
-Strong organizational and communication skills, time management, ︎︆️︎︁︅︁︀︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎result oriented
-Advanced level of English language (written and spoken), other foreign language is a plus
-Microsoft Office package – advanced level

Responsabilitati
Key job responsibilities
-Accountable for providing administrative support to TGSB team, reception activities, meeting organization, dealing with customers and suppliers.
︁︀︂︃︃︇︁︆︄-Reception activities: receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately, answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mails
-Deals with external sources such as customers and suppliers in order to resolve queries and problems;
-Produces regular and/or ad hoc analyses of information relating to work processed;
-Collects, assembles, and summarizes statistics and reports for the management of the company; creates presentation -Conserves management's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; meeting organization
-Other tasks assigned by Direct Manager, according to degree of expertise.
Other information:
-2 years maternity cover with the possibility to move on a different role/ department after it
-works directly with General Manager and other international employees/ external delegates.
