    Requirements

    ​English– mandatory
    ​Microsoft Office suite
    ​Strong communication skills (both written and verbal); analytical and problem-solving skills
    ​Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Support

    Responsibilities

    Process rerouting calls from Honeywell customers, understand technical issues not solve them;
    Responsible for analyzing and taking the necessary steps to resolve disputes;
    Case – Work Order – Service Appointment creation in Salesforce, depending on the issues specificity, after checking contract details and entitlements
    Performs troubleshooting reporting, processing, and troubleshooting according to business requirements.
