Requirements
Key requirements:
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues on time;
- Manage up to 10 -15 calls per day and timely processing of service request from the case queues and assigning cases to the technicians;
- Ability to handle calls from international customers AMER /AP/EMEA region;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategies;
- Provide support to customers for all inquiries.
Responsibilities
Key skills and qualifications:
- Passionate about customer service, with a professional, telephone manner and a confident personality;
- Fluent in English and proficient in French;
- Preferred minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer services environment with proven record of delivering exceptional
levels of service;
- Ability to build relationships quickly and use this skill to ensure customers get exceptional service;
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
