    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operational Excellence Consultant with a focus on Compliance & Risk Control to join our People System & Services (PS&S) team within the Human Resources (HR) department. As global risks and compliance programs increasingly impact HR, it is crucial to lead them professionally, particularly those arising from Payroll, HR Admin, Data Protection, and employee-specific areas.

    Your responsibilities

    In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and ensuring that our HR processes are not only efficient but also aligned with all relevant regulatory standards. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, ensuring that our organization is safeguarded against potential threats. Your role will involve developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks, conducting thorough assessments of current processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams, potentially including HR, IT, Legal, and Finance, to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide authority guidance on compliance and risk control matters will be essential to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for supervising and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives, ensuring that we continuously improve and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.

    As a Senior Operational Excellence Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our HR operations. You're expected to be responsible for establishing a framework for incident reporting, documentation, and action tracking. This includes defining what constitutes a good process and ensuring the organization is enabled to follow these processes. The goal is to create a structured approach to handle and supervise incidents effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our organization adheres to the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency.

    How You will Make an ImpactMitigating Risks: By developing and implementing robust risk control frameworks, you will identify and mitigate potential risks before they become significant issues. This proactive approach will safeguard the organization against potential threats, ensuring a secure and stable operational environment.Ensuring Compliance: Your expertise in compliance will help us navigate sophisticated regulatory landscapes and ensure that our HR practices adhere to all relevant laws and standards, fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.Enhancing Operational Efficiency: By leading and running projects aimed at improving operational excellence, you will streamline HR processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall productivity. Your efforts will ensure that our HR operations run smoothly and effectively, supplying to the overall success of the organization.

    Driving Continuous Improvement: Your ability to identify areas for improvement and implement standard methodologies will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the PS&S department.

    Building Strong Team member Relationships: Your role in leading partner engagement will ensure that all relevant parties are aligned and advised. This collaborative approach will cultivate strong relationships and ensure that compliance and risk management activities are integrated seamlessly.

    What You Bring
    • Academic Background: Academic background, at least a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Senior experience: Demonstrated senior-level experience in compliance, risk management & control, or operational excellence by conducting thorough assessments of current processes and analyzing sophisticated data to provide actionable insights.
    • Compliance & Risk Control: Deep understanding of compliance and risk management, particularly in areas such as Payroll, HR Admin, and Data Protection, with skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
    • Operational Excellence: Proven track record in enhancing HR or related processes, with experience in implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
    • Collaboration: Outstanding capability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
    • Engagement & Leadership: Ability to lead initiatives, drive organizational change, and influence and guide teams towards achieving compliance and operational excellence goals.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
