    Cerinte

    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory.
    • Familiarity with networking concepts and equipment such as switches.
    • General hardware knowledge, including PC components and troubleshooting.
    • Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems and PC software debugging.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and proactive in problem-solving.
    • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
    • Fast learner with the ability to operate multiple IT platforms.
    • Strong team player with experience working in diverse teams, particularly in Romania and London.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant IT experience.
    • Experience with JIRA is a plus.
    • A degree in IT or a related field is advantageous but not required.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to colleagues remotely and onsite.
    • Manage Active Directory accounts, including creating and revoking user access.
    • Support network infrastructure, including switches and other networking equipment.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and PC software.
    • Prepare and set up hardware equipment for new starters.
    • Keep a strict inventory of all IT equipment and ensure accurate documentation.
    • Follow internal procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Communicate effectively with team leads, managers, office managers, HR, and other stakeholders.
    • Operate and manage various IT platforms utilized by the team.
    • Maintain and organize paperwork and documentation, especially related to employee onboarding and offboarding.

    Daily Tasks Include:
    • Providing support for colleagues across various departments.
    • Coordinating with direct team leads and managers, as well as office managers and HR.
    • Managing access and permissions on various IT platforms.
    • Preparing and setting up hardware for new employees.
    • Revoking access for departing employees.
    • Keeping an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT equipment.
    • Ensuring adherence to internal IT procedures.
    • Maintaining thorough documentation and paperwork related to IT operations.
