    A Snapshot of Your Day

    We are looking for an experienced MRP Controller to join our newly established Siemens Energy Competency Hub in Bucharest and to support our global Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) business.

    You will build and maintain relationships with suppliers that are contracted to deliver hardware to our business. You will be the key link between our business needs, our clients and contractors and will manage the delivery plans for our internal supply chain. From ERP system accuracy to solution ownership, you will be given the level of autonomy that you thrive on and the chance to grow in a global energy company.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Oversee the relevant ERP systems in order to enable structure, data accuracy and efficiency in our supply chain management.
    • Be at the forefront of relationship building with our suppliers, to provide optimal solutioning of all day-to-day operations.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and occasional site visits, to calibrate your activities with the strategic needs of the team and to give your input.
    • Robust response to demand changes, with a focus on finding customized solutions.
    • Planning and management of stocks across the supply chain and multiple SAP system plants
    • SAP data maintenance and supplier enquiries handling, to ensure delivery to plan.
    • Risk mitigation through process compliance, monitoring, and reporting, to prevent delivery hazards.
    • Act as primary interface with suppliers to co-ordinate improvement activities for planning, control, inventory management, delivery and lead time.
    • Lead business reviews with suppliers, assess Load and Capacity constraints and the impact to Quality, Cost and Delivery

    What You Bring

    • Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing or Logistics experience, in production planning and control.
    • SAP working experience (SAP MM and SAP PP preferred)
    • Quality System, Inventory Control, and IT Systems general understanding
    • Good influencing and networking skills
    • Results oriented, with good problem solving skills.
    • Continuous Improvement mindset
    • Desire to build relationships and connect within our global team and external stakeholders (maximum 20% travel time to UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, US or Canada)
