OnePM Business Analyst

You will support the implementation of OnePM across all Siemens Energy business areas. In this exciting and developing opportunity in which you will work closely with the Global Business Owner for OnePM, business representatives, and the OnePM development team.

As the interface between the business and technical teams, you will play a crucial role in the demand management process. You will take ownership of change requests from the business, working with business representatives and domain experts to develop the technical requirements for the development team.

When not handling change requests, you will manage the OnePM SharePoint site, ensuring that processes are documented, and training is up to date. Additionally, as OnePM is deployed across Siemens Energy, you will support business units through the onboarding process. Here you will advise business representatives on best practice as they prepare their organization to adopt the tool.

Change request management:

• Take ownership of change requests from the business, becoming the single point of contact for these.
• Collect business requirements and develop technical specifications for the development team!
• Provide clarifications to the team as while they build the solution.
• Organize the user acceptance testing process with the business.

• Manage the OnePM SharePoint site.
• Ensure that processes are documented.
• Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant.

• Support the onboarding of new business units, including the development of an onboarding package.
• Support in the harmonization of business processes.

• Technical experience working with a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) or Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) tool.
• Understanding of business processes such as Risk Management, Non-Conformance Management
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Experience in strategic projects and/or management consulting as well as project management
• Business-fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Good communication skills as you will be the interface between the business and technical teams.
• Can grasp technical concepts quickly to propose suitable solutions.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
