    Requirements

    Passionate about customer service, with a professional, telephone manner and a confident personality;
    Fluent in English and proficient in French;
    Preferred but not mandatory, minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer services environment with proven record of delivering exceptional
    levels of service;
    Ability to build relationships quickly and use this skill to ensure customers get exceptional service;
    Self-motivated with excellent communication skills

    Responsibilities

    Providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues on time;
    Manage up to 10 -15 calls per day and timely processing of service request from the case queues and assigning cases to the technicians;
    Ability to handle calls from international customers AMER /AP/EMEA region;
    Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategies;
    Provide support to customers for all inquiries.
