As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations

Manage multichannel interactions (email, voice, chat) depending on the project you will be allocated

Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives

Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients
