    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage;
    • English B2-C2 level (read, spoken an written);
    • Computer operating knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
    • Very good organizational and communication skills;
    • Able to work well with all types of people;
    • Solutions oriented;
    • Professional outfit.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    • Ensures the production and modification of documents in electronic format;
    • Formatting documents according to internal standards;
    • Provides scanning, printing, photocopying and other activities specific to the administrative department;
    • Performs document revisions / modifications / comparisons / corrections;
    • Performs reports and registrations in the management and IT systems of the Company.
    • Participation in the organization of various events of the Company;
    • Purchase of protocol products, stationery, etc.;
    • Receiving / forwarding telephone calls and receiving / sending faxes;
    • Retrieve and send messages;
    • Reservation of meeting rooms and protocol;
    • Welcoming customers;
    • Ensuring the sending / receiving / recording of correspondence (mail, couriers, fax, etc.);
