At Veeam, Solutions Architects Managed Services work closely with Veeam Cloud and Service Providers (VCSP) providing solutions to business problems. As well as helping to evangelize our product offerings to our Veeam Cloud and Service Providers (VCSP), they provide a subject matter level of expertise and engage with opportunities at a deeper level to ensure pre-sales and post-sales success. This position requires travel within the region of responsibility. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Engage with sales teams to help secure and grow business with new and existing service providers
• Provide architectural designs and engage in large scale proof of concepts, technical alliance validations, and post-sales deployments supporting Veeam Cloud and Service Providers
• Provide subject matter expertise in the Veeam product suites to customers, partners, service providers and internal Veeam teams
• Develop whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis documentation, and compete strategies as required to support deployment engagements and sales opportunities
• Attend marketing and technical presentations representing Veeam at a subject matter expert level
• Develop and articulate technology solutions that meet service providers needs and align with their business objectives
• Analyze technical, strategic and partner requirements. Translate the customer requirements into effective Veeam solutions to grow and secure Veeam product portfolio with our partners
• Document customer interactions and projects for internal reference 

Qualifications: 

• Deep experience with hypervisor technologies from multiple vendors including VMware, Microsoft and RedHat
• Deep experience with MSP operations including SaaS, IaaS, BaaS and DRaaS
• Experience and understanding of the top three hyperscalers (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud)
• Experience with relational database software
• Experience with programming/scripting language(s) for automation
• Knowledge of Internet networking
• A passion for self-development, learning and keeping up with the latest technology trends.
• Business acumen and understanding of the customer's strategic and specific challenges.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be comfortable presenting to groups, both virtual as in person
• Be available to travel within the assigned region
• Possess project management skills
• Fluent English speaker
