Cerinte

Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the construction or PV sector;
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Level B2 English language written and spoken.

Responsabilitati

Performing sourcing for subcontractors and vendors for specific project works;
Coordinating the deliverable resource requirements for each client project;
Purchasing materials for the PV project from local suppliers and coordinating the delivery to the project site;
Ensuring that resources are delivered in the right quantity, condition, and on time;
Reading and understanding specifications and requirements from the project data;
Participating in meetings with contractor and subcontractor;
Keeping daily communication with the construction site staff representatives and summarizing the information about the projects progress;
Communicating with the Client to ensure that all information and documents are submitted on time;
Preparing acceptance protocols, licenses, certificates, and other documents required for closing the project the milestone, or the contract;
Performing project cost control and reports on spending on vendors and subcontractors.
