    Requirements

    - A university degree is required; additional qualifications (master’s in HR or psychology, PhD, MBA, etc.) are highly valued;
    - Completion of specialized HR courses is essential (e.g., HR inspector, payroll inspector);
    - At least 5 years of experience in HR management;
    - Advanced English skills;
    - Experience with ReviSal and at least one payroll software, preferably WizSalary.

    Responsibilities

    - Structure and manage the annual HR department budget with a realistic and achievable approach;
    - Recruit and retain top talent that aligns with the companys culture;
    - Foster team cohesion by organizing events with strong participation;
    - Identify and propose training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, with a focus on communication and leadership;
    - Lead the annual evaluation process to drive employee performance improvement;
    - Strengthen the companys organizational culture by reinforcing the authority of top and middle management;
    - Ensure legal compliance in payroll and HR administration processes;
    - Oversee a thorough induction process for new employees and monitor their performance periodically;
    - Provide support as a trusted advisor, mentor, and coach for the company and its employees, with a keen understanding of human behavior, strong leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
