    Requirements

    - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    - Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
    - Strong leadership and team management skills
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills
    - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand generation marketing campaigns across Europe, with demonstrated measurement and results
    - Proven ability to develop and edit content for a variety of campaigns
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Ability to work across all levels of seniority
    - Experience with Brand marketing considered an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    - Execute on marketing strategies for Honeywell in Europe, ensuring alignment to regional priorities with the regional Chief Commercial Officer, SBG Marketing teams
    - Drive regional marketing outcomes for growth, including tracking and reporting on campaign metrics and other KPIs
    - Ensure regional operations are adopting/leveraging GDM (global design model) standards. Provide regional inputs to global standards
    - Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business teams to drive successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives
    - Develop targeted marketing plans to reach and engage the target audience
    - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
    - Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing
