Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analysis and user behavior, business analytics, online commerce, or related fields
Advanced knowledge of sales automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
Knowledge of Tableau / Power BI / data visualization tools
Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing data and a plus if candidate has previous expertise with marketing score cards.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, VBA and SQL is highly desirable.
Database handling and manipulation
Project Management skills and Analytical mindset.
Required Analytics Skills across multiple marketing and sales platforms including Adobe analytics, adobe launch, Marketo, Salesforce, and other platforms
Familiarity with APIs, data integration methodologies, and data operations, etc.
Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills for presenting data in a digestible way
Responsibilities
Generate impactful and actionable insights to improve the efficiency of the digital channels;
Act as a partner of Digital Marketing teams in collaboration with Analytics specialists to analyze the data and steer the stakeholders in the right direction;
Monitor performance and analysis of website data and CRM/SFDC data, etc. to make measurable improvements to UX, campaign execution and conversion rates from multiple digital channels;
Monitor and track key marketing metrics KPIs such as pipeline, leads generated, cost-per-acquisition, customer lifetime value, etc.; work cross-functionally to capture metrics
Develop new advanced, efficient, and relevant graphics and visual presentations/dashboard in Tableau by using data around all the digital channels that highlights the efficiency of digital marketing actions;
Efficient, accurate data analysis and insights generation coming up with action proposals to determine the optimization of marketing efforts;
Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels; Marketing attribution analysis
This person will be responsible for using multiple online Analytics tools to pull data, using critical and analytical thinking to uncover valuable insights and recommendations
This person will be collaborating with team members to create reports/dashboards and to provide proactive insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
Work cross-functionally with all Honeywell business units to collaborate on measuring success across Sustainability campaigns
