    Requirements

    - BS or BA or BE degree – Preferred in: Instrumentation Engineering, Automation, Technology or Business (or equivalent knowledge / experience in the field);
    - Min. 5 +years of experience in industrial automation sales/ sales support. supporting customers / end users in multiple verticals and networking with OEMS, EPCs and consultants;
    - Knowledge of Instrumentation Products Families (FP, Oil & Gas) like Pressure, temperature, Flow, Level, Analytical, recorders, Regulators, Metering, Tank Gauging, Loading, Blending, Additives, Provers, volume Correctors etc. In depth knowledge of one of the product families may be an advantage;
    - Understanding of customers’ business including decision making and buying processes;
    - Proficient with computer-based business software/automation tools. Understanding of major competition and their product features and functionalities;
    - Language- Any additional language apart from English/ Romanian will be beneficial.

    Responsibilities

    - Proposal & Estimation Deliverable for P & E Hub - Complete Ownership & Accountability for Proposal Estimation & Deliverables for all Terminals and Field Products in the Remote office. Select the proper combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials and services that will deliver the highest value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives. Providing cost related information using SAP whenever required;
    - Global P & E Process & Tools - Take active part in development, implementation and utilization of the standard Operating Procedure & global estimating templates and processes in the region and leverage the use of Global Sales Support Tools like SFDC, CPQ, Web Channel, Ecommerce and SAP etc. for professional proposals that demonstrate business benefits;
    - Leadership & Team Management - Balancing the estimation workload across the team. Manage assigned task effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Share and explain the business impact of the team results. Provide guidance, coaching & motivate and retain the P & E FP & Terminals team;
    - Training P & E - Willingness to lead programs to train other estimators and the field of Honeywell products or processes. Ascertain the competency Level matrix for each of the team members with develop plans, next steps and training. Ensure Cross Product training for PMC product portfolio within P & Hub if needed;
    - Communication & Co-ordination - Work very closely with Work Force Planners, Front Office and Other Remote office Team in other poles to evaluate and distribute the workload across entire PMC P & E Remote office organization globally. Co-ordinate with other stake holders like Offering Managers, LOBs, GCC, Sourcing, Sales, factory, vendors etc. for P & E deliverables, if needed;
    - Metrics - Track the KPI’s / Metrics: Volume, Value, OPE, OTD/Cycle time, CSAT/ CES scores, Quality, VOE, VOC etc. and ensure the team is reaching consistently levels above threshold values.
