Responsabilitati

Job description:
- Help the customers: provide client support via phone and e-mail;
- Provide support, including procedural documentation;
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs;
- Prioritize and manage cases;
- Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
