    Requirements

    Drive continuous improvement and lead a team in a premiere Human Resources organization.

    Expected Outcomes:

    · - On-time, accurate delivery of employee time and attendance

    · - Meet/exceed success metrics and key process indicators

    · - Ensure compliance to local laws and regulations

    · - Maintain a highly motivated and engaged team, balance workload, and minimize overtime

    · - Drive collaboration and positive employee / manager experience with all services, across all locations

    · - Partnership and collaboration across HRS, HR and SBGs

    · - Cross trained employees for backup/vacation coverage

    · - Employee development including skills growth and succession plans



    This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.



    Key Requirements:

    · Oversight and responsibility for regional time, attendance programs, including compliance to legal and regulatory requirements.

    o Ensures all time, attendance, and legislative deadlines are met across the payroll portfolio managing exceptions as necessary

    o Keeps up to date with statutory, legislative, revenue impacts on the payroll environment and communicate to the team

    o Enforce company time and attendance policies, ensuring compliance across all departments.

    o Partners with HR IT to integrate new systems and apply compliance changes

    o Escalates unresolved issues to Regional and Global Payroll Leader as appropriate

    o Ensure seamless data flow between timekeeping systems and payroll systems to avoid discrepancies and delays.



    · Leads all aspects of people management within the team

    o Creating a work environment for employee engagement

    o Effective management of the T&A teams within span and layer constraints

    o Coordinate resources for providing functional and technical T&A expertise to the business at all levels, including production support, data analysis, customer issue resolution and troubleshooting

    o Focuses on fostering an environment where employees are engaged to do their work; Prioritizes workload and aligns resources





    · Manage key stakeholders:

    o Manage the interaction with other internal regional and global service delivery groups

    o Acts as point of escalation for the team and customers ensuring effective handling and resolution of issues

    o Manages relationships with assigned key HR and Finance leaders, assuring transition plans are in line with business priorities

    o Collaborate with HR and Payroll to address and resolve any time and attendance-related issues affecting payroll.

    · Maintain and report service levels:

    o Tracks performance and measure operations to ensure that payroll delivers on requirements

    o Ensure all metrics are met, cases are addresses timely and analyze team productivity

    o Delivers monthly operations reports and reports out to HRS and HR leadership as requested.

    Key skills and qualifications

    · - Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience

    · - People management experience direct or indirect

    · - T&A/Payroll experience or similar relevant experience

    · - Employee customer experience & conflict resolution

    · - Experience with executing system implementations and projects

    · - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    · - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    · - Analytical skills to identify trends and drive results

    · - Able to work with different projects and prioritize activities
