    Requirements

    University - psychology/socio-humanities/economic studies
    Very good organizational, communication, presentation and people-related skills
    Ability to observe and analyze behavior
    Ability to track and solve multiple recruitment/selection projects in parallel
    English - advanced / intermediate level
    SAP – is an advantage

    Responsibilities

    Identify the right candidates for the companys current hiring needs in the workforce market
    work, and ensure their successful integration into the team.
    Identify and manage the right recruitment channels for vacancies
    Design and post recruitment announcements based on discussions with department heads
    Select candidates based on CVs, depending on the candidates profile and job requirements
    Contact the selected candidates to schedule interviews
    Actively participates in the interview and selection process of candidates
    Evaluates and comes up with proposals regarding the selected candidates to the managers
    Manages and ensures the updating of the database of candidates
    Informs candidates about the outcome of the selection process
    Provides support within the company regarding the recruitment process and internal evaluation of people
    Takes care of the integration of the new employee
    Follow-up at intervals after integration to get feedback
