Cerinte

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Good understanding of code and technical concepts related to game integration.
• Understanding of front-end technology concepts such as an understanding of Javascript, HTML, JSON and how a browser communicates with a server
• Experience with monitoring and investigating system and integration logs for issues
• Other tech skill would be a bonus, such as an understanding of backend code, SQL, cloud infrastructure, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English with an understanding of how to communicate in a professional and official capacity.
• Service-minded attitude with a focus on providing outstanding support to partners.

Responsabilitati

• Supply expert specialist knowledge about our technical integration to both external partners as well as internal developers and technical support staff.
• Manage and oversee the integration of our slot games onto different platforms.
• Provide technical support and guidance to partners during the integration process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to game and platform integrations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure seamless implementation of our products.
• Maintain excellent relationships with our partners, offering ongoing support and assistance as needed.
• Communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor the status of integrated games and proactively address any potential issues.
• Gather and analyze feedback from partners to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall integration process.
