Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework
Understanding fundamental design principles and skill in writing clean, readable, smartly commented code
Experience with SQL Server and database design.
Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
Good knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
Team-oriented, self-motivated, quick learner, and demonstrated ability to learn new technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
Legal authorization to work in Romania.

The .NET Development team is responsible for building and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient back-end applications. We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic record and preferably at least 5 years of experience in .NET development to join a growing Romanian team and partner with the US IT team to contribute to the success of the firm. Initially, the candidate will be responsible for developing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security of backend systems.


Design and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using .NET
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework Core/Dapper
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure modern, efficient, and maintainable solutions
Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing solutions in a timely manner
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, deployment, and maintenance.
