Requirements:
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferable;
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Results and customer orientation;

• Initiative and proactive attitude;
• Ability to meet stretch deadlines and handle pressure;
• English language - intermediate level;
Responsabilitati
If you have technical knowledge regarding the installation, troubleshooting and servicing of workstations, operating systems (Microsoft ︁Windows), the Microsoft Office package as well as soft skills suitable for daily interaction with business end users, you we are waiting in our team, located in CLUJ (sat Floresti, com Floresti)
Responsibilities:
• Represent the first contact and response for all IT incidents reported through the helpdesk and call-center systems;
• Evaluate reported incidents resulting in either their resolution or escalation to direct supervisor;
• Perform activities regarding troubleshooting, installation and configuration of workstation hardware and connected peripheral equipment;
• Troubleshoot and resolve:
- end-user software incidents, related to both operating system and all other software installed on the workstation;
- basic network connectivity problems;
- printing problems;
• Monitor and implement of end-user level security procedures and practices
• Install of all end-user software and maintaining software license compliance
• Enforce to existing conventions and practices regarding naming, labeling and asset inventory.
• Handle third-party supplier relationships where applicable.
