    Qualifications

    Studies:

    • University Diploma;
    • High school Diploma.

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Experience in IT purchasing tools(SAP, cloud solution) and purchasing processes is required;
    • Language: Advanced English (written and spoken);
    • License/Diploma in Business, Economics, IT or related field;
    • Strong organizational and networking skills;
    • Experience in business processes for purchasing and/or logistics;
    • Flexibility and problem-solving abilities;
    • Team oriented and able to delegate tasks;
    • Willingness to travel for projects;
    • Process-oriented mindset with IT affinity;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    • Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities;
    • Collaborative and team-oriented;
    • Interpersonal and intercultural understanding;

    Job Description

    • Plans/Manages/Coordinates any complex project with limited on-boarding time and according to aligned targets;
    • Planning of standardization and rollout based on the defined IT strategy of the Source-to-Pay process at their division in close collaboration with other departments considering the integration in the End-to-End- (E2E-) process;
    • Ensure rollout safety and performance concept;
    • Plan and conduct training and hyper care measures, ensure stability and user satisfaction;
    • Plan and support testing activities; document and monitor results;
    • Coordinates lessons learnt workshops after each go live and implements them 
    • Checks new versions for functionality and readiness for rollout; conduct pilots;
    • Guides and supports Operations proactively (Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), Standardization);
    • Makes decisions and defends them; Able to prioritize within their project/area of competence;
    • Sparring partner to the Global/Regional Service Manager;
    • Represents project status in front of higher management;
    • Acts as an expert in their respective area;
    • Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company.
