Studies:

• University Diploma;

Knowledge and Skills:

• Education: Completed studies in the fields of communication sciences, journalism/PR, marketing and advertising, media and design or comparable;
• Personality: Your working style is characterized by a high degree of flexibility, initiative and organizational skills. Your passion to learn and to discover new possibilities and solutions is outstanding and based on your creativity. You have excellent communication skills and a convincing, representative behavior. You can inspire others and make the impossible possible;

- Proactive and open, but also tactical and target-orientated in networking

- Enthusiastic personality who is a team player and keeps the motivation of the team high 

• Working Practice: - Professional experience in a communications/PR position on the agency or corporate side incl. corporate communications, marketing, social media and communication concepts.

- First experience in event management and moderation is preferable;

- Experience in the (further) development and support of digital communication channels, especially video formats;

- Ability to prepare content with stylistic confidence and in a format- and target group-specific manner;

• Experience and Knowledge: Expertise in journalistic working methods. A good feel for user interests, current trend topics (eg.AI) and the most effective communication channels. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a team, a feeling for interpersonal relationships as well as a high degree of empathy when working with different groups of people.  Supplemented by a strategic way of thinking and acting, reliability and initiative. The Ability to present complex issues in an effective, concise and focused manner and intercultural competence characterizes you finally;
• Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus .
