Factory Trainee

What this position is about:

The Factory Trainee Program is a 24-month program, with a full-time schedule, that will include several stages of working in all JTI Manufacturing departments (EHS, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing Services, Production, Quality). You will be guided by Mentors/Functional Experts, you will have specific responsibilities & objectives, you will receive feedback and get the opportunity to share yours.

What will you do:

• take part at a 24-month learning journey, with the aim of developing an in-depth understanding of JTI’s manufacturing processes
• rotate through several departments, in order to gain knowledge of interdepartmental activities
• benefit from continuous on-the-job experience and input from the teams you will work with
• familiarize yourself with company structure & culture
• learn what it takes to build a successful career in JTI Manufacturing
• provide operational support to ensure the production needs are satisfied, respecting the company’s procedures and standards
• collaborate with various stakeholders to fulfill the daily requirements and responsibilities, in a very challenging environment
• be involved in providing different analysis on the manufacturing processes.

• Comfortable working with MS Office (especially with Excel)
• Eager to learn and ready to take part at the Factory’s daily activities
• Flexibility, curiosity, interest in professional & personal development
• Ability to multi-task

• Available for a full-time working schedule starting with October 1, 2024
