    We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager EMEA. As part of the Sales Operations team, this role is a "Business Partner Role", supporting the EMEA leadership team, and forming part of a team of 4 under the EMEA Sales Operations Sr. Director.

    Key objectives of the role are:
    • Design and execute key operational analyses on a day-to-day basis, to support EMEA leadership & managers in a proactive manner, becoming a trusted advisor.
    • Design, drive and roll-out of large strategic initiatives to improve EMEA revenues or efficiency.
    • Support large cross-functional initiatives, such as Annual Planning or M&A
    Your tasks will include:
    • Proactively build and execute insightful analyses of sales metrics at EMEA and regional level, to support proposed improvements/projects. These analyses should be always guided towards an actionable set of insights for sellers & managers.
    • Leverage Veeam internal eco-system to drive cross-functional and international initiatives
    • Evaluate third-party data and gather benchmarks both internally and externally to determine best practices for company success
    • Follow-up on projects implementation assigned by EMEA leadership team or Sales Operations Director in a timely manner
    • Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and other regular sales meetings (summits, all-hands calls etc.) in such as weekly/ quarterly/ annual sales forecasts, pipeline and results analysis or any other relevant indicators (activity etc.)
    • Support Annual Planning process for EMEA region, in conjunction with other team members, helping regional Vice-Presidents in defining their sales territories, setting appropriate yearly targets and the best organization given their evolving needs
    What we expect from you: 
    • Bachelor's Degree or equal experience required (preferably in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration), Master would be a plus.
    • Analytical mindset, able to structure an issue and generate insights from quantitative analyses. Salesforce experience is required.
    • Ability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders in an organization, including very effective interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, written and verbal)
    • Previous experience within a technology company, especially regarding cloud and channel (partners) management would be greatly appreciated
    • Database management and BI application (e.g. Tableau, SQL) skills are a strong plus
    • Fluent in English
