    Qualifications

    • University degree - Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics or Informatics;
    • 2 to 5 years experience requested in controlling or related area;
    • Advanced computer skills - MS Office, especially Powerpoint, Excel and understanding of SAP various modules; Any other basic knowledge of Jira Track & Release, Macros, Power BI would be a plus;
    • Advanced English skills (spoken and written), any other language would be an advantage;
    • Systematic, precise and self-organized working style;
    • Structured, careful and analytical way of working;
    • Team player and ability to work in a flexible way, resilient;
    • Reliable and efficient concerning due dates;
    • A well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making;
    • High customer and service orientation in international environment with high communication skills;
    • Ability to communicate on all hierarchy level (higher and executive management) within Bosch Digital;
    • Willingness to travel and to work in an intercultural environment.


    Job Description

    • Being responsible for the preparation of presentations for Finance and Controlling Management;
    • Coordinating and moderating regular Controlling Meetings (preparation of slide decks, coordination of data delivery, moderate meetings, etc.);
    • Offering support in transition projects of further controlling services (including travelling) with focus on communication;
    • Being responsible for any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior or by business.
