    Role Description:

    We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the transformation projects derived from organizational transformation programme across the Infrastructure and Cloud division. The organizational transformation will lead the location footprint strategy, the alignment of the organisation to the technology transformation enablers, as well as the upskilling and learning for the overall I&C.

    The ideal candidate should have strong change management, business transformation and project management experience, ideally in a technical environment, be able to work and manage various collaborators at all levels through strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • You will manage complex, large-scale and/or high-risk projects that involve organizational change, business transformation, multiple senior internal and external various partners
    • You will lead the development of project artifacts, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are scoped and documented and that risk management processes are in place
    • You will partner with project sponsors/stakeholders to define project objectives, achievements and success criteria and develops status reports to update senior partners on project progress, and gains commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required
    • You will anticipate issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
    • You will lead multiple workstreams and project teams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the expected success parameters
    • You will manage the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and key metrics against plan and validating financial forecasts
    • You will ensure that all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management.
    • You will promote and foster collaboration across broad categories of collaborators (including customers), leading cross-functional meetings and gaining commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required

    Required Skills:

    • Change management, project management, Governance, Data Analysis, Information Management experience
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and establish relationships
    • Significant experience (5+ years) of managing change, business transformation projects in a financial technology/information service or a similar organization
    • Uses a systematic approach to deal with change, transition or transformation of an organisation's goals, processes or technologies, implementing strategies for effecting behavioral and cultural change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change.
    • Directs and leads others, coordinating activities and providing encouragement and inspiration to help others succeed
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
    • Ability to influence across multiple Divisions, Businesses and Functions
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
    • Ability to work effectively with 3rd parties, internal teams, and international business units, promoting knowledge sharing within and across teams
    • Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards.
    • Understands different approaches to project management (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ensures flexibility to deliver and implement within different ways of working.
