    About Us

    Infrastructure and Cloud manage core technology infrastructure and services that under-pin the LSEG business, provides 24x7 service operation; Group-wide service governance and key operational and business tooling. The I&C Programme office are accountable for Delivery and Leadership of the c?150m book of change execution and delivery, with a team of 175 Project, Programme, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, PMO and change agents.

    Role Description

    This role will support the Central PMO office to ensure adherence to LSEG Governance, Change and Standards, coordinating Programme Resources, Financials and delivery metrics.

    The role will perform co-ordination and logistical tasks to support the delivery and reporting of projects and programmes according to LSEG standards and processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provides support to the team by leading the coordination of meetings, collating materials, taking minutes, and maintaining accurate action and decision logs
    • Provide support on all strategic reporting to boards and other internal stakeholders
    • Collects, analyses and interprets data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings
    • Monitors the records of project resourcing requirements and capacity to support resource optimisation
    • Develops, implements, maintains and handles the organisation's databases and/or Project Management tools across multiple platforms
    • Ensures the PMO team's artefacts are maintained up to date and accurate (plans, resourcing profiles, cost plans, benefits schedules, RAID items, Change Requests and status reports), according to group quality standards
    • Contributes to the development of management information and analyses for trends.
    • Contribute to stakeholder identification and communication planning, deliver clear analysis, build trust, and provide communications to stakeholders

    • Demonstrate and practice adherence to LSEG internal controls and standards in data management, and document management and production (e.g. keeping appropriate records, following LSEG processes and using mandated tools, etc.)
    • Provide recommendations regarding use of tools and data to support planning, management, and reporting requirements
    • Support of PMO central team, including admin, re-conciliation, data cleanse, and data validation
    • Demonstrates understanding of risk mitigation techniques and supports activities

    Quality Assurance

    • Continually coordinate and evaluate the quality of data in the Group's PM tools, and actioning or raising to PMO Manager or Senior PMO Analyst as appropriate.

    • Ability to use a detailed approach to achieve objectives, evidence success, and demonstrate continuous personal growth.

    Required Skills

    Essential

    • Entry level for any relevant business admin qualification
    • Excellent information management, collation and reporting skills, and proficiency with reporting tools such as Clarity PPM or other similar PPM tools
    • Strong time management, workload planning and organisational skills
    • Excellent written presentation and documentation management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work within a team
    • Experience in a similar support role
    • A strong customer service focus and the ability to build effective working relationships with employees and external stakeholders/suppliers
    • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and to process deadlines
    • High attention to detail and an orderly approach to processing

    Preferred

    • Experience and knowledge of supporting a large number of projects.
    • Experience and knowledge of Purchase Order Systems
    • Experience in a similar Support Function
    • Experience in financial services organisations would be beneficial
    • Background in data support, data maintenance roles
    • Experience working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously
    • Educated to degree level or equivalent
