Our Finance and Controlling Department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to support the team for a determined period of time, 2 years.
What you will do as a Sales Administrator:
- Create and update basic data and customer data in local SAP system;
- Check and maintain accuracy of customer data, master data, price values (several currencies);
- Archive purchase order and contracts standards;
- Calculate prices (calculate Inter-company prices), create offer payments under Intercompany rules;
- Responsible with preparing of delivery documents and invoicing;
- Check actual prices, billing price differences, archive all documents.
What will you need to succeed:
- SAP knowledge at an advanced level;
- University degree not mandatory, but degree in Economics/Production System is a plus;
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Administration or other complementary responsibilities required;
- Very good understanding of Sales and logistics processes;
- English language skills at an advanced level.
