• Collaboration with the cleaning company, carrying out audits and reports regarding this service;
• Collaboration with the moving company regarding the need of colleagues to move to another building but also for the internal organization of furniture, storage, orders;
• Support for colleagues who need to archive documents or objects used in projects;

Essential Requirements:

• Ongoing studies in Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, Computer Science or Information Technology, etc.;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Dynamic and well organized;
• Solution and quality oriented;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Very good communication skills.
