    Requirements

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English
    • Educated to degree level preferably Business related subject or equivalent
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritise, work under stress, positive attitude
    • Computer literate with high level proficiency in MS Office; company in house systems subject to internal training
    • Good problem-solving abilities

    Responsibilities

    • Building professional relationships with customers.
    • Processing of customer’s enquiries orders and forecasts.
    • Processing of customer feedback (Supplier score cards, customer claims).
    • Cooperation with internal departments in order to meet customer’s requirements and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction (Supply department, Logistics).
    • Cooperation with internal departments to exchange customer and market information (Sales, Finance).

    Monthly salary offered

    1200 - 1400 RON
