British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sourcing Executive in Bucharest

Your main activity revolves around:

• Source to Contract (Analysis, Sourcing Strategy, Market Engagement, Negotiation, Contract, Implementation)
• Spend and compliance reporting
• Commercial risk management
• Supplier and contract management

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the execution of the Strategic Sourcing Process within the framework of the approved category strategy and agreed sourcing delivery channel.
• Perform spend analytics, cost / scenario analysis and total cost of ownership benchmarking, provide risk mitigation plan, and BCP analysis
• Be able to advise partners on issues related to compliance to Group Procurement standards, policies and platforms at all times.
• To support RFQ/RFP and provide should cost analysis.
• To support reporting on compliance to Policy using the agreed compliance reporting process and advance through relevant route.
• Input into forecasts on prices and market changes as an input into business unit planning where appropriate.
• Provide information as required on strategic sourcing activities in a timely manner to above market Procurement teams or individuals (e.g. Global Procurement, Geographic Head of Procurement, Procurement Business Managers etc.).
• To support on Corporate ESG target and initiatives under scope of supply.

What are we looking for?

• Academic qualification if required (Business related Degree or relevant.)
• CIPS Corporate Diploma and/or membership of The Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply or equivalent country qualification or membership would be an advantage.
• Experience of sourcing at a Regional level for a period of 5 years minimum.
• Language (business English and other languages is a plus,etc.)
• Confirmed level of commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Shown digital skills with previous experience of spend analytics, source to contract, requisition to pay, supply risk and supplier management solutions (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, SAP Powerapps,etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Shown negotiation skills and influencing skills, able to influence business partners and suppliers as well as the ability to be outspoken if required to ensure compliance to contract.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability and supporting MS Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation.
