    British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Super Business Administrator in Bucharest!

    Keeps standard reports in line with the latest business requirements, updates reports documentation accordingly (forms, design templates, manuals). Creates, upon request, new reports (ad-hoc or standard) that satisfy business needs.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Maintains the database to high standards and ensures data quality and consistency in accordance with
    • the company's requirements
    • Ensures the maintenance of the company's customers
    • Maintains the routes of sales agents and marketing representatives according to managers' requirements
    • sales and marketing for the district regions
    • Check daily (at the beginning and end of the program) certain vital parameters in the SALES FORCE system
    • Provides support for field managers for problems related to the SALES FORCE system
    • Make changes of sales agents and delivery
    • Create and document reports
    • Resolve ad-hoc report requests
    • Act as support for using/correcting reports, resolving reports access issues
    • In charge with Version control, maintain the Report manuals and Reports Matrix up to date
    • Update the Users matrix whenever necessary
    • Help BO users in matters regarding how to use the BO application
    • Raise tickets for various problems that may arise in the work systems in which they operate

    What are we looking for?

    • Experience of at least 1 year in working with a reporting tool (BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports, Cognos, Brio, Oracle Report Developer, etc.)
    • Experience in or good knowledge about data extraction tools
    • Comprehensive understanding of database concept (Oracle is an advantage)
    • Very good knowledge of SQL
    • Analytical
    • Organized
    • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
    • Dynamic, flexible, efficient
    • Good communication skills (orally and in writing)
    • Technical university degree, computer related or equivalent experience with computers
    • Ability to plan, document and implement low scale projects
