    Job Description

    Do you want to be a Invoice verification responsible in CABS? These should spark your interest:

    • Ensuring Verify of incoming invoices and Optimize the layouts for the invoices received from different suppliers using Citrix workspace.
    • Managing supplier communication and addressing requests and inquires.
    • Keep the communication with vendors to receive invoices in electronic format instead of paper format.
    • Regularly archiving Invoice Mailboxes.
    • Assisting Accounts Payable colleagues with urgent invoices which need to be verified.
    • Prepare specific reports related to invoice verification area.
    • Actively participate in the monthly, quarterly, annual internal and extrernal audits.
    • Propose and implement improvements of the procedures and tools related to internal processes.
    • Know company policies and the impact of his/her activities in achieveing quality targets.

    A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial trainign phase which will familiarize you with the procedures, products, tools, processess and organization.

    Qualifications

    This is what it takes to be a successful Invoice Verification Responsible:

    • University degree (recommended Economics);
    • English advanced; additional language is a plus (German/ French/Hungarian)
    • Microsoft office advanced;
    • SAP knowledge is a plus;
    • Technical abilities;
    • High communication skills and strong team spirit;
    • Oriented towards delivering high quality services and results;
    • Self derived persons, structured, with analytical thinking skills;
    • Delivering Results is important.
